ROSEDENE STUD OFFER EIGHT AT NATIONAL SALE

Graeme Koster’s Rosdene Stud will be offering eight quality lots at the 2019 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale this month.
Rosedene’s NYS draft is made up of lots by such notable G1 winners as Vercingetorix, Wylie Hall, Flower Alley, and Rosedene’s own resident sire Greys Inn, as well as by proven G1 sire Judpot.

Multiple G1 winning Redoute’s Choice stallion Wylie Hall has made an excellent start with his first 2yos this season, and he is represented in this draft by a filly (Lot 6) whose four time winning dam is a half-sister to G3 Byerley Turk winner My Choice.

Equus Champion Vercingetorix, another who has made a flying start to his stud career, is represented by a colt (Lot 92) whose dam is a half-sister to G3 winner Golden Shina, while Rosedene’s Flower Alley filly (Lot 421) is out of a half-sister to three black type winners from the family of the quick G1 winning filly Marie Galante and champion filly Along Came Polly.

Resident sire Greys Inn, a July winner whose progeny includes dual Horse Of The Year Legal Eagle, has four attractive colts on offer namely a colt (Lot 90) out of a stakes placed 3 time winner whose relatives include international G1 winners Irridescence and Perfect Promise, a son (Lot 131) of the smart dual Oaks placed London Fashion, a colt (Lot 149) whose stakes winning dam hails from the immediate family of champion sprinter Sacred Kingdom, and a colt (Lot 162) out of well related Ladies Mile winner Ocean Of Time.

Former Equus Outstanding Stallion Judpot, whose current top performers include the likes of Down To Zero and Drop Kick, has one here –a colt (Lot 506) out of a winning daughter of Fillies Guineas winner and high class matriarch State Treasure.
