Cape farm Hemel ‘N Aarde Stud will be offering four exciting lots at the 2019 Emperors Palace Ready To Run Sale this November.

Hemel ‘N Aarde will be offering two-year-olds by such stallions as Dynasty, What A Winter, Pomodoro and Pathfork –all of whom have sired at least one Grade One winner!
Mach Four (Lot 42) is a colt by sadly deceased star sire Dynasty, whose other notable sons include such champions as Futura, Irish Flame, Legislate, and It’s My Turn.

The colt on offer is bred on the same cross as Dynasty’s champion daughter Lady In Black, and is a half-brother to six winners, with Mach Four hailing from the same family as the Dynasty sired Horse Of The Year and popular young stallion Futura.

Triple Equus Champion What A Winter, whose progeny include G1 Bidvest Majorca Stakes queen Clouds Unfold and such promising 3yos as Armando, Snow Report and Three Two Charlie, is represented in this draft by Stepitupbaby (Lot 122). This regally related filly’s granddam is half-sister to G1 winner, and producer, Shadow Dancing, and to G1 Cape Guineas winner, and multiple champion sire Captain Al.

Former July winner, and Leading First Crop Sire of 2017-2018, Pomodoro is another popular stallion represented in Hemel ‘N Aarde’s Ready To Run Sale draft. His son Sir Pom (Lot 131) is out of a six time winning Captain Al sired own sister to the stakes placed Space Captain, and further back this is the family of champion Sun Monarch.

Last, but not least, in this draft is Bless My Path (Lot 134), a colt by Irish champion, and proven G1 sire, Pathfork. Bless My Path is a full-brother to the very smart galloper, and six time winner, Zeb, and his granddam is a winning Northern Guest half-sister to G1 Gold Cup hero Cereus.
